We bill based on connected minutes only. Time is calculated from when the call is answered until it ends, rounded up to the nearest minute. Unanswered calls are not billed.

A standard SMS segment is 160 characters. Messages longer than 160 characters are split into multiple segments. We use the carrier’s reported segment count.

Yes! You can change your configuration at any time from the dashboard. You can even use hybrid mode with some services on BYO and others on Burki Cloud.
